Local and airport rides
Cancel more than 4 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Within 4 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies to cover driver allocation.
Outstation journeys
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure at no charge. Between 24 and 6 hours, 25% of the fare is retained. Under 6 hours, 50% is retained.
Tour packages
Sunrise and full-day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Later cancellations are charged at 50%.
No-shows
If nobody is at the pickup point 45 minutes after the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full fare applies.
Cancellations by us
In the rare event we cannot operate your ride, we arrange a replacement vehicle or refund you in full — your choice.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
