When you book a ride we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and any notes you add to the booking. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm and operate your journey, share driver and vehicle information, send trip updates, and respond to support requests. We may contact you about a booking by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Sharing
We share only what a driver needs to complete your trip: your name, contact number and locations. We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep the site working and to remember your preferences. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
Your choices
