Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email with a vehicle and fare. Quotes shown on this site are indicative until confirmed.
Fares and inclusions
Quoted fares include fuel, driver allowance, state permits and tolls unless stated otherwise. Monument entry tickets, guide fees, meals and parking at actuals are not included.
Waiting time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. Other pickups include 30 minutes. Waiting beyond that is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Vehicle allocation
We allocate the vehicle category you booked. A specific model cannot be guaranteed; if we substitute, it will be of the same category or better at no extra cost.
Conduct and safety
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in our vehicles. Drivers may end a trip where passenger behaviour is unsafe or unlawful, without refund.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, monument closures or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will always try to find an alternative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
